★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a gel screen protector - 2 salesmen who sold the screen protector to us told us it practically bullet proof (made for tradies *apparently*) went back less than a week later as a bubble had appeared at the top of the phone on the screen protector. The man in the shop insisted that it was a cut caused by us but the cut wasn't covered under warranty. This left us baffled as there was no way this screen protector was cut but the guy was persistent in telling it was therefore voiding the warranty. But intentionally did not tell us this when buying the screen protector that the warranty did not cover a suspected cut. The terrible customer service and intentionally not fully disclosing the warranty terms but telling us its 'common knowledge' is disgusting. You should be ashamed, blatantly deceiving customers. I've had screen protectors from the 2 dollar shop that has lasted longer and Omni charged us $50. Disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an electric scooter off this company through 'The Market'. When I read the specs online it said it had 3 gears . The low gear up to 8km/hr, the 2nd gear up to 10km/hr and the 3rd gear up to 12km/hr.
But when I got the scooter, I noticed it only had 2 gears. The first gear at 8km/hr and the second and last gear at 10km/hr. Its a nice scooter costing $279, but it wasn't what I ordered. In fact, there are a number of these scooters for sale. Segway A6 Kids' Electric Kick Scooter. You cant even find a two geared version. Im not sure how I ended up with one. They obviously offloaded some obsolete model on me.
When I went through the enquiries process, you have to go through 'The Market'. Beware. The Market takes no responsibility for the product. They reach out to the supplier. When the supplier finally got back to the Market, there was no recourse, no compensation, no exchange.
Hence the bad rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience and service of my entire life. Took in a cable and port as it stopoed working only after 2 months. There shop gives 1 year warranty on accessories. Manager blamed my phone didn't want to try another charger or give me a refund. He tried to sell me another charger and port which was more expensive. The manager did not want to replace product under their stores 1 year warranty. Was not helping me in anyway. Told me their store doesn't process refunds. Which is a lie. If a product is faulty it should be replaced or refunded especially if it is within their 1 year warranty. He took 2 hours of my time and my special needs sons time. My son was upset the entire time and was struggling as he got hungry. But the manager kept on fussing and blaming my phone and didn't want to try another charger. I am warning anyone who wants to buy from their store to never ever go and buy anything. As they don't even keep their word about their 1 year warranty. I came home extremely upset in tears. Please be careful to anyone who wants to purchase anything from their store. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my entire life. I read online silverdale omni tech reviews and they get 95% bad reviews from everyone. I will be making a complaint against silverdale omni tech manager too by contacting omni tech headquarters. If it was possible to give zero stars I would.
