Sent it for repairs,it was returned 2 weeks later,however still faulty and they can't find the fault,now they are saying will only refund if supplier finds fault and that they can send it back two more times. Breaching consumer rights law.Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Samsung dryer on 18th April at Silverdale store. I had found my dryer was cheaper at Farmers and asked for a price beat to the staff called Rosie. She was quite rude and unwilling to beat the price.
The guy who served me also gave a wrong information to me that the delivery would take only about 1 to 2 weeks so I waited and waited but still no delivery. I had to call the head office to find out what's happening. Apparently, I have to wait for another month.
I wouldn't have bought this if I knew it takes 2 months. I'm definitely not happy with my experience with Noel leeming in Silverdale. Don't go to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 2050 dollar laptop less than 2 days ago. The trackpad and the keyboard won’t work out of the box so I came to them. They sent it for repair and said I might get charged even though the device malfunction out of the box. They don’t provide a replacement for the duration that the device is repaired so now I paid 2 grand and still have no laptop to work on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service we received from one of the young men assistants (Bailey) was excellent. We needed help to understand our speaker/phone connection and he was so helpful and pleasant and went the extra mile, especially as we didn't purchase anything-although we would have done so if necessary.

The place is very clean and there always seems like there is someone to help you. It wasn't so crowded so the staff had the time to help each person which is really good.
