★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the privilege of sitting at the big table this week. Great food with kiwi twist (fall apart lamb shanks or beef cheeks). Wonderful Thai flavours and presentation. Only a block away from Hagley Park. Imagine wondering what to do for tea after a late game. There is enough room for the whole team plus more. Plenty of parking. Acoustics great. Looking forward to getting my own team together and sitting around the big table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW!! I’m so glad to have stumbled upon Mai Thai. The food is truly authentic and exceptionally delicious! As I expressed my excitement to try more of their menu, the friendly waiter informed me they also deliver through Uber Eats. Which I never tend to use, but that’s likely to change now…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing experience at this gorgeous authentic restaurant! The staff were very pleasant and considerate of my diet restrictions. I didn’t have to wait hours for my food unlike other places! And when it arrived it was honestly nothing short of amazing! MAI THAI has quickly become my new favourite spot for asian cuisine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was delicious, the flavours evolved in my mouth. I think it is the best Thai food in Christchurch. We ordered the parang curry with coconut rice, and peanut sauce noodles.
