★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This group does not support mental health as described. One of their psychologists Jacqueline Harris caused more harm to me. Activated my PTSD and left me in that state. She has no passion, and was smiling when I told her she was triggering my PTSD by her actions! Please stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've met several of the staff here over the last couple of years and have found them to be welcoming, genuine, open-minded and excellent at what they do. I usually feel a bit unsettled in healthcare settings but I have found that I always feel safe and supported coming to therapy here which has allowed me to collaborate well with my psychologist and make good progress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use Jacqueline Harris from Maidstone if you suffer from PTSD or anxiety. Very unorganised therapy style, with no structure. There is no goals or discussion around what needs to be accomplished, or how to get to your goals. No management on how to solve or manage your concerns. She will let you waffle on about your past, with no support or suggestions (techniques) on how to support yourself. Weeks will not follow on one another, and she would forget what was discussed, starting a new topic, leaving everything hanging even if you point it out! She will trigger your PTSD even if you make her aware of it she will ignore the fact and push forward, causing severe harm. She is manipulative.
