β β β β β Unfortunately they neglect to update the tracking tool on time so the information provided about where your item might be is wrong/ redundant. My item was last updated 3 days ago. So you have to phone but the numbers provided on the website do not bring you to the right place. So there is a series of 'i'll put you through to so and so'. Finally I'm told Jaydon will phone me back. He doesn't. Then when patiently try to get through to the right person again and success!! I'm told that they thought my place was on a different road and the item will be delivered a few days late after having been assured it would be on time. The guy said there was 'nothing he could do' Thats why I paid these guys 400 bucks. All leaves you with the impression of a company with bad systems and non caring staff

β β β β β Got a shower shipped from Auckland to Wellington, they didn't ring me to let me know it had arrived I had to ring them and ask, they said it had been sitting there for a week,
When I went to pick it up they dropped it next to my truck for me to deal with, some packages were 50 plus kgs so very difficult to load by myself,
And I just installed the shower and the whole corner frame was bent it's like the dropped it,
Now I'm without a shower for a few weeks!
Very very disappointed,

β β β β β Item has been sitting at the Lower Hutt Depot for almost one week with no sign it's going to be delivered to its final destination in Kapiti. I've called multiple times and was promised it would be put on the delivery truck the following day, but every time I check the tracking number it says the parcel is still at the Lower Hut Depot.
Honesty is the best policy - so if items are going to be delayed, just let people know so they're not holding out hope. Don't be the Company that over promises and never delivers.

β β β β β Would rate 0 stars, if it was an option. I ordered a clothes dryer from Auckland to Wellington. According to the tracking it has been sitting at the Lower Hutt depot for 13 days- with no signs of it being delivered anytime soon. I have rang several times to be told different stories and different excuses- with the most common being that Auckland haven't sent it to them yet- the Auckland depot are stating it definitely has. I have also been told it was sent to the wrong depot (WLG City: as opposed to Lower Hutt). I have now had to get the retailer to step in because I have been given the run-around and cant seem to see a resolution in sight. The retailer have also had no joy in attempting to get to the bottom of whats going on and have sent a replacement dryer as they believe the original one has been lost. Basically, dont use this company if you need something to be actually delivered and dont enjoy being mucked around.

β β β β β Don't know what their service is like, but one driver decided he did want to stop at a redlight on the corner of Jackson Street and Cuba St petone and he ran the redlight. So I give that driver a one star for driving behaviour.

β β β β β Absolutely disgusted with their service. I was called two days ago to say that they would be delivering yesterday after waiting a week in their Depot. I get a call yesterday morning to say that they have lost a part but found it again and if they could deliver tomorrow. I asked if they could deliver later that evening and they said yes. They were never going to deliver to me that night, and they were never going to deliver it to me the following day either as they were closed. So they lied to me and I haven't heard anything from them since. I don't even believe that they lost and found the part and I still have no delivery ?
The delivery did finally come...in a hired truck. Not sure what happened there but because I did get results I have given a better rating.

β β β β β Lost the parcel then located... Few days later someone called me for delivery on Wednesday but still not received... Very bad service...

β β β β β After not seeing a status update on a consignment which was picked up 6 days prior, I rang up to see where it was. 3 phone calls and 3 x 3 hour delivery windows later over 1 and a half days, still waiting... The dispatch staff donβt seem to give a toss that youβre stuck at home waiting on them (on holidays I might add) and itβs Ok for someone to be pegged at home for repeated broken promises of delivery windows. No one takes accountability and seem more interested in passing the buck or explaining why things canβt or havenβt been delivered as itβs stuck somewhere in their system which doesnβt appear to have been accurately updated. Their company values are under promise and over deliver, more like βPromise and Donβt deliverβ in my experience.
