β β β β β Just a quick note to let public know that some of these drivers (at least 3) feel absolutely free to harrass people they dont even know while out cruisin and think its a great joke. Real bloody professional of you driver's. Im sure youll take this down but the truth is the truth.

β β β β β Very shocking service from one of your drivers,
Saturday 08/09/16 one of your transporters arrived at my property to collect a horse unrelated to myself.
I understand there was some events leading up to the mishap of yesterday morning and some being out of your company's control, however the following is unacceptable.
1) I was woken up at 6:30am by a commotion outside my bedroom window and after investigating I realised it was one of your trucks collecting a horse from the nearby stable. The horse had appeared to run free from your driver and had ran into a paddock with one of our horses.
2) once I ventured outside I continued to witness your driver assaulting your clients horse and I mean that in all senses of the word. Your employee kicked the clients horse MULTIPLE times in the stomach and beat it about her head whilst trying to reattach the lead rope/halter.
3) because your employee failed to follow basic instructions of where to park and collect the Mare our property has been left with holes in our lawn and manure all over our drive.
4) your driver also appeared to have his children with him and his language was so disgusting I was appalled. His shouting woke up our neighbours a decent distance away. Your driver mentioned a health and safety concern however he failed to realised his own shortfall considering his children were present throughout this.
I understand horses are unpredictable at the best of times however I would hope your drivers had sufficient training and Knowledge to handle these situation without the need of physical abuse to other people's property.
I surely would be fuming had that of been one of my horses.
