★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WHAT A BUNCH OF A*HOLES! My correctly addressed package for pickup IN TOWN was delivered here instead. They REFUSED to send it to the CORRECT NZ Post Office -- either pick up on edge of town (the person collecting has no car...) or send to a 'home' address... They are in a flat where things have been stolen before. TOTAL BS! What good is a Post Office that doesn't follow delivery instructions?! Now waiting to see if package was stolen (again)... maybe this was their plan... do you like what it said on the customs slip?...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried to track a parcel that should have been delivered to me on the 3rd April , information I received said it was out for delivery no such luck!
Today is the 12th of April 2021 tried tracking again , information was( No Information.) I also tried the 0800 number gave up in the end utter waste of time.
NZ Post please up your service!.
