★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Undelivered item (not home) and apparently no depot open to collect from, DHL is unable to deliver next day, will deliver the day after but refuse to specify a time. So I have to take another day's annual leave to wait for a parcel to (possibly) be delivered. (phoned 0800 #)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was holding out all hope that this product would make me get to work on time so i don't lose my JOB but they use DHL as there courier .it takes them 6 days to get a package from IL 60139 US to Auckland that is all well and good but then it takes them 14 days to get it from Auckland to wellington i did not know that u still used mules and if i was aware of this like i am now i would never use you again AND it still has NOT ARRIVED $250.00 is a lot of money to be just pissed away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its actually nz post office here only dhl facility you could get here is dhl envelopes you will anyway needed to call them or organize shipment online. the prices of dhl are terribly high. I paid $110 for sending only one paper from palmerston north to karachi, i wish if we could have some alternative available in this city
