She’s very kind until you tell her she forgot to put something in your order. This is the second time this has happened to me.
The first time she forgot 1 thigh and i went back just to let her know only 1 minute later and she was questioning me saying am i sure but in a rude manner as if she didn’t believe me.. I let that go and still continued to come here thinking it was just a one off but after todays service i will not return ?
Today she forgot to put 2 thighs in my order. I checked the order when i got to the car so as we were driving off i asked my mum to turn around. I was hesitant after my last experience but figured she’d be understanding today.
My mistake. She was very rude about it saying she’s the one that packed it so she knows it was in there. She asked me to give my bag back after i told her it’s definitely not there and continued to not believe me. After embarrassing me in front of the line behind me she gave me my thighs but looked very unhappy about it. I told her one last time it definitely wasn’t in there.
No apology whatsoever. Super disappointed in you Anka. You actually ruined my day for basically accusing me for lying about 2 thighs.
horrible way to treat a customer.

My children and I order there on a weekly basis. I have no complaints about the food. The service from the Owner herself shocked me and I was disgusted. My daughter was ahead of me and started the order, as both she and I wanted to build her confidence up. As I stood back, the owner was taking her order in the "hurry up" sort of way. My daughter was struggling to hear her as she was talking too fast which kept overlapping what my daughter was trying to say. During the overlap my daughter still wanted to order more items from the menu but the owner said is that it? Asked my daughter if she is paying by eftpos. My daughter said "Pardon" because she wanted to order more......but the owner pointed to the eftpos machine and said "This is what you call a Eftpos Machine. Do you not know what this is?" My daughter looked at me (our sign for help), then that is where I stepped in. Advised the owner that my daughter has not finished her order. Advised her if she has slowed down or stop to listen to what the customer is asking, she would have heard. Advised the owner that ALL customers should be respected no matter gender, religion, cultural background or age. If respect is given then it should be returned. Children are our future. It all starts from someone like this to breakdown a child's self esteem and question their worthiness. What is the point by having great food when it is made and served by someone like this. IGNORANCE AND ARROGANCE IS UGLY!!!!!
