★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been seeing Dr. Henderson for 20 years now and always found the staff to be courteous and respectful. Dr. Henderson is a very caring and knowledgeable family doctor who takes his time and listens carefully to what you tell him. So much has changed in 20 years. Seems like since Pro-Care took over the price has gone up quite a bit and ACC surcharges are the same price as a regular office visit. It's a shame they don't have radiology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massively disappointed with MMC and have now moved practices.
5 days wait to see a GP, 3 days to talk to a nurse, unhelpful receptionists and if you do get an appointment, they are always run massively late.
I asked if I could see another GP instead of waiting 5 days and was told that the MMC GPs don't like to see each other's patients. Apparently the likes and dislikes of the GPs are more important than patient care. If you are registered here and want to see a GP in a reasonable timeframe you will need to go to A&E or pay extra as an unregistered patient at an alternative practice.

My doctor is kind, compassionate, and thorough and takes wonderful care of me and my family. I was previously with another practice but left as I was completely unhappy with the quality of care, Manly Medical on the other hand are wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a patient at Manly Medical for almost 15 years and have had 2 GP’s over that time only changing because I thought it was time for a lady doctor. Both are caring, thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. Kati Mackie is my current doctor and I’ve found her treatment to be just awesome as-well as her colleagues Maggie Hack and Ingemar Charslund. Would recommend any of the doctors there, they are a busy practice but the care myself and my family have received is priceless. They always go out of their way to help and have done on occasion for my family. Would never change.

I was saddened to read the previous review from DS. I'm sorry you feel that way and i cannot disagree more.
I have been a patient at Manly Medical Centre for many many years and i have always found them to be professional, efficient & caring for both myself and my children.
The staff, from the doctors right through to the front of house team have always been helpful, & responsive. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Keep up the great work team!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been at Manly Medical since I moved to NZ a few years ago. The Doctors, Nurses and Staff have been nothing but great to my family. My kids are happy to go there and are never scared. Definitely recommend.

I always feel comfortable when leaving there that my concerns have been heard and actioned. Thank you for all your hard work, and for doing such a wonderful job daily!! Highly recommend.
