NOT IMPRESSED BY OTHER PEOPLE COMING IN AT MIDNIGHT MAKING A HELL OF A NOISE FOR OVER AN HOUR AND OTHER PERSON IN CAR SKIDDING ON THE SHINGLE YELLING OUT THE WINDOW.. ROOM 108 ON1 OF JUNE.. NO RESPECT... as for the owners very nice people

β β β β β Very affordable, beautiful building, grounds, well maintained. The little touches in the room were what gives this 5 stars, faultless. A single room at a slightly reduced price would be great and mean more regular patronage from myself!

β β β β β Stopped overnight on my way to Auckland and a beautiful place. Great history, very clean rooms, owner was lovely and loved the fact they were very environmentally conscious. Only one downside, had lots of brochures for everywhere else in NZ but not Waikato area, I'm sure this has been remedied.
