β β β β β Great place to stay. We would stay here again. Roomy, lots of facilities, very friendly and helpful manager. Thanks for finding out about the tide times and best times to fish. Good recommendations of places to visit and where to eat. Spacious grounds. BBQ available. Loved the large lily pond.

β β β β β Excellent beds, great attitude, the owner was able to give me an understanding of the area, it's been a cultural landing site for Maori, and she said it will rain till ten am. Crikey entire annual rain is falling in the here and now. I'm staying inside the window watching. Fascinating.

β β β β β No hot water by 9pm for a shower, but water was hot in the morning. Walls were very thin could hear the neighbors clearly. Bathroom was a bit ordinary and pillows were pretty useless as they were very flat. No key box for early departures but staff were friendly and helpful and room was fairly clean.

β β β β β Great place to stay. Ask for the two bedroom house they have down the road. Beautiful Bush right up to the front porch.
Then go grab a meal down at the hard antler , great pork ribs and lamb shanks served. As with everywhere in the bush remember ya bug spray.

β β β β β We stayed two nights on our cycle trip. Our room was perfect & had everything we needed. It was warm & very spacious & excellent location to the shop & pub. Excellent pub too.
The staff was friendly & very helpful. We would definitely stay again. Many thanks.
