★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a casual patient to this medical centre, it was all fine. The triage nurse was helpful and easy to talk to. The wait wasn’t too long at all even though there was a number of patients on a public holiday walking in. Our doctor, Ann Graham, was empathetic, and she took time to listen and communicate the broad issues with skin rashes. We left satisfied with our visit. The pharmacy was just as helpful offering us help on various other medications we needed on our holiday ailments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soo poor and bad service.i really don't recommend anyone to go there.They don't know what they are doing and how to handle customer service.I had an appointment at4.15 .They made me wait for more than 2 hours saying that the doctor will come and do my checkup but there was no sign of any doctor...They kept telling me to wait for the doctor ,even tho he wasn't coming..At Last they said "Do you want to make appointment for tomorrow??"
Is this really how customer service works??
really disappointed..NEVER GOING BACK THERE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand as an organisation that they are understaffed and need to help a lot of people but the service I received was very poor. I had to call up once a week to follow up on appointments to be told someone didn't do their paper work properly or that I just had to sit and wait until someone called me. I have been waiting for 3-4 months for an appointment (3 months longer than what I was told) and then I got told i should look into other organisations after waiting for almost 4 months. The appointment was to see a Councillor, and considering that mental health is an important issue in New Zealand I would of expected more care would be taken with helping others. The staff are also very unprofessional as they ask "What are you here for" when you arrive for your appointment - they have no problem talking about your person problems with people waiting in line behind you! Overall, you will be seen as just another customer than an actual human being. However, I do respect that we have doctors available and I'm sure they do a great job, but with my own personal experience the health care system has failed me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service.. Went there to buy medicine to my son and me. At the end asked from reception is there any charge and told there is no charge. Doctor said me and my son got the same virus and no medicine. And after one month received a message with a bill.. They don't know what they are doing. Very disappointed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have experienced some absolutely shocking times at this place and some really great times. Have been in and out of the doctors with the young ones. There is a trick to not waiting hours and hours to be seen, and im not sharing it but since I found out the trick I have not waited more than 10 minutes... It would be a worse rating if it weren't for the nurses, they always treat my kids amazingly! Doctors can be hit and miss, I actually find the Philippino doctor quite thorough and awesome (might be wrong on his nationality, sorry).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never managed to see the same doctor twice. The doctors keep leaving. Two weeks for an appointment. Also if you are one minute late they may bounce you and still charge, but it's okay for them to keep you waiting and waiting, once for an hour. Also they called me to see them and it cost me $111.00, unbelievable! Tests I didn't need. Only reason I go is I have to, I have moved here from Tauranga and can not find another practice taking any new patients. I would try Hastings to be honest. The Doctors Napier, is a terrible place, rude receptionists, unbelievably expensive.

Do not waste your time and money.

There are long waiting times and it's always busy.
I worked out a system that if I only want to see my doctor I call him with the problem and schedule directly with him to cut out the middle man.
Tony Wright is ace and always helpful highly reccomend. Always helpful and never had a rude encounter
