★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in asking for parts assistance. Was told I would be contacted back. Tried email and phone call. Still waiting. Seems some of the bad phone based service reviews are true. Also whomever I spoke to could not get off the phone fast enough. I have heard friends who had issues with purchases from this vendor as well. Sorry guys but I'll spend my money elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my dr650 in to mmc for an oil change a tyre and new grips , the grips came off , the chain was like a guitar string as it was so tight , and the motor was filled so high it pushed oil into the air box , so in fact it was unrideable after this “service “ they did offer to put it right but I declined as feared further damage. This was without a doubt the poorest workmanship I’ve encountered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome shop, awesome customer service. Brendan helped me out when I snapped a bolt off in the valve cover on xmas eve. They loaned me their trailer so I could bring my bike in. I highly recommend coming here for a positive experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this company, they don't fully own up to thier own misgivings by losing parts off a customer's bike then blame the customer for everything unrelated instead of the fact that they lost the parts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my Dragstar 1100 in for full service, check valves, re-jet carbs and fit pod filters and balance and tune and a few other bits, the friendly team there did a great job for a very fair price and wow my bike has never ridden so well! Whilst waiting on a part I had moved to Christchurch but the team there worked in conjunction with moto movers and my bike turned up running sweet and ready to go.
Great team, great service, great prices and workmanship. I'm shipping my RGV250 out from the uk, 100% confident that the team here will do me proud when it arrives. Cheers Lads

Quoted $80-90 for tyre plus fitting...
The bill came in at $188, when questioned was told there was half an hours labour fitting and balancing it.
Whats an hours workshop labour worth???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the last 3 years I have had 6 farm bikes, one quad bike, and two trials bikes through this shop, for various repairs, services, replacement parts etc, plus bought helmets, boots, gloves, oil etc etc. Sadly, when there was an opportunity for them to give good customer service, there was none. They lost parts, made it difficult for a buyer of one of my bikes, and then sent him emails saying negative things about me! The buyer of the bike (Dennis H - see his review) was very happy with how I handled it, and very unhappy with these guys, and could not believe they sent him emails with negative content. After spending many thousands of dollars here, I will never use them again. I suggest that no-one else uses them either.
