★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful walk up to Marleys Hill. It's a nice drive up Dyers Pass. Then you can park up and walk 5 minutes up to Marleys Hill. Beautiful view over Christchurch, Lyttleton and Governors Bay. Also some really cool mountain bike track down from the hill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another beautiful spot close to CHCH. Up the top you have an amazing view over Canterbury and Lyttleton Harbor. Well worth the drive day and night. If you have some solar activity and a boy racer, you can get some amazing photos too!
Oh and the road is awesome fun to drive too. Just be ready to stop at any time.
