Great tasting food! Generous portions and amazing service by the owners! What else do you want!? Love my goat curries, and it has always been consistent. Must try if you haven't yet!

Hi all, Me and my husband went there for dinner. The food was tasteless, moreover, they do not provided us fresh food, food n mint sauce was old. When we came back at home, we both sick. We both are having sore and painful throat, sneezing and fever. I feel so bad, how people can become so cheap by providing not fresh food. They are just playing with people’s health. We will never visit there again.

Went in for take out. Person at counter had no knowledge of menu. Told order would be ready in 30 minutes. Over an hour later still waiting. Food was good but restaurant has no organisational skills or seems to care about Customer satisfaction. Was at restaurant on March 11th at 6:15 pm.

Had an amazing meal here, out for dinner and thought we would give it a try, not disappointed, in fact we went back the next night with the kids to try some different things, great service and great flavours.

We ordered through menu log, i showed up to get our food and the front of house lady was confused as to why i was there. She asked me what i ordered and I explained that I wasn’t sure and that i was just getting the food for my mum. She then went to speak with the chef or was ordering me to go out back and talk to him which as a young girl i was uncomfortable with and decided to just wait at the front. I told both the front of house lady and the chef what my mothers name was multiple times and then he said β€œoh this is your order, you ordered through menu log” I said okay thanks and he then proceeded to mansplain what menu log is to me and asked me β€œwhy i was there” i told him because the order was my mothers and he said β€œno driver comes to get it” he then continued mansplaining even more what menu log is and how it works even after i said yea i know. Afterwards I called back to inform them that there is a option on menu log for pick up and that the way they handled my order was unprofessional and weird and i didn’t appreciate it.

First time ordering from Masala Lounge lastnight. Ordered through Menulog. With Menulog you can track the progress and delivery status. When 35 mins passed with no changes to assigning a driver or delivery status. Partner and i called to Masala Lounge to follow up on our order. The lady who answered was extremely rude she didnt greet, she made us wait for awhile before asking us what did we want to order. My partner explained we ordered through Menulog the lady then asked what did we order.. My partner started naming all we ordered she rudely cut him off by a "Ye ye ive got your order here" he then asked how long is it going to be? She replied you have to pick up its ready just waiting on Vegeterian Samosa. The Chef started yelling in the background then come to the phone and said i have your order here but cannot do the Vegeterian Samosa you have to pick up theres no delivery. We paid for delivery and we paid for the Vegeterian Samosa we asked could we have a refund on that. He said no you can get something else. Partner and I were wondering what we could get because we had no menu. The guy said so what do you want. He was not helpful at all. He didnt care. Once we arrived, there were only 4 others in restaurant, the lady was looking at me but didnt greet me for awhile pretended like i wasnt there, when i told her i was here to collect my order. She asked what was the name, she said oh yup still cooking. I was shocked as i was advised it was ready, by that time it had been well over an hour. I spent another hour waiting in the restaurant. When i finally got the order i didnt open it but i could clearly see in the bag as the food were exposed not wrapped properly it was awfully burned. I then waited back at the counter. The chef was yelling at me from the back to walk down to him. When i requested a refund as food was burned, it took 2 hours, i also had to collect when i paid delivery, the customer engagement and customer service were absolutely appalling. He was not listening to me at all. He just wanted me to take the burned order and leave. When i refused to take it. He then started to explain himself to another customer why he couldnt refund me. This experience was horrible with horrible staff, waste of money that i didnt get back! Waste of time, dirty restaurant, they didnt apologise for the long wait, the whole experience was awful. Never again.

Ordered Delivery and got burnt food. Bhatorre was not eatable at all. I had to dump all food other than Paneer Tikka.

Pretty good food! My low rating is in relation to their food safety and customer engagement. Found a very sharp shard of plastic in my curry, so let them know about it as a safety courtesy. Response was quite disregarding and hinted it was our fault. Bit of a shame, have enjoyed eating their food
