★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had come here with intentions of a good night. One of the bar staff, pretty sure her name was Megan. Kept making inappropriate jokes. That wasn't much of a professional manner. And I overheard her telling one of these guys which machine to use in pokies to win on, personally I think that's unfair. Unsure if I'll go back anytime soon with her working there.

I am just writing to give feedback of our visit today. We have been regulars from past 2years, But unfortunately today was our last day here. As the staff was really rude. We accidentally dropped ball on the floor while playing she told us off really bad we left the game there as it is. When we proceed to pay my card declined as i had to transfer money to shopping account which happens much often with folks i guess, She (Skinny girl with blonde hairs) made fun about it and made me feel embarrassed and spoiled my evening. Just wanted to let management know how things are going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome, tables and cues are kept top notch and the staff are so friendly and helpful especially the lady with glasses, i think her name is Yvonne? Made us feel welcome and had some great jokes. Would definitely recommend this place with 6 stars if i could just for the welcoming atmosphere. Keep up the great work!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend invited me to play and what a pleasant surprise! Plenty of tables and such a good crowd of people. Membership is the only way in and the security is very good. Drinks are sold at such a reasonable price. There's great music with sport videos rolling all on various monitors too. If you are serious about your pool, Masse is Highly recommended in my view. Keep up the awesomeness guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to play pool with some friends and got poor customer service straight away at the front desk, she asked about our membership and when we replied that we had none she said "oh my god" and rolled her eyes, my friends went to get a drink and the girl who seems to be new looked annoyed. After our game during the payment they started giving my friends who was doing bank transfers rude comments telling them to hurry up and just kept being passive aggresive about it aswell as making comments between each other thinking we wouldn't hear. Place is cool but staff was rude and customer service needs improvement if you want people to come back. One of the staff seemed to be a senior staff who had glasses, but even if your a senior staff behaviour like this shouldn't be normalized, and the other staff seemed to be a young girl who looked new.
