staff could be a little friendlier. Some of them seemed very bored/grumpy with their job.

โ โ โ โ โ Tried to take our kids and cousins bowling this evening (8 bowlers total), had all necessary vaccine passes, takes us 45mins to get to town too. A few of our passes wouldn't scan so we were asked for the kids ID, how does a child even have a photo ID? We are aware of the covid rules however we found it very rude the way they spoke to us about it. We did not play bowling and doubt we will return.

โ โ โ โ โ I understand we all are going through rough patch in businesses but that does not give anyone right to be extremely rude to you customers. My brother was not wearing mask just for a minute and a guy came in aggression and said that mask is not a handkerchief to remove. There is no way you can talk to someone in any business. We were about to leave everything and leave but kept cool. There is always a way to convey you message and There is no way that guy knew how to talk with his customers. Rubbish!

โ โ โ โ โ What a fun place to play! Staff were friendly, everything in good condition. Also the price is very good! 13$ for a game is way cheaper than in Indonesia. Also the shoes is free to rent

โ โ โ โ โ Went to bowl at 8pm on a Sunday. Felt incredibly rushed, didn't have time for 2 games. Got to the lane (not cleaned yet while as a family finishing up but multiple avail) and wasn't allowed to order alcoholic drinks. The bar/kitchen is advertised as always being open. Didn't go for a dry bowl did we
