It is truly amazing how useless and in adequate this health centre is. During visits here my wife has been laughed at by a doctor, my son's injured arm has been treated on the wrong arm, I have been told prescriptions are ready which haven't even been signed, and I have been told by a nurse that my appointment is holding up her lunch break. This is a disgraceful medical centre and I have absolutely nill confidence in its staff.

I phoned at 4pm on a Friday to book an appointment (Thinking in a few days would be the answer), But they fit me in that afternoon. Nurse and Doctor were great, as was person on the phone. Luckily for me it was a rare quiet period, but still... Excellent service. Cheers.

Am sick of being fobbed off to a defferent doctor evey 18 month. My last appointment the doctor made appointment to ring me about an issue. When he rung he had forgotten what he was ringing about, then tried to make another appointment for me to come in and talk him about the issue we were suppose to discuss on the phone. I now have $43 bill for nothing.

Dr Rob Maunsell and Dr Gordon are both very good Doctors. It's a shame though that there seems to be a bit of a turnover of other doctors over the last few years.

I have been attending this practice since my return to NZ nearly a year ago. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the Doctors efficient and informative. Good service and great people.

Awful service, the Medical center doesn't follow NZ law, Covid 19 respond , they don't accept Medical mask exception and discriminate NZ people, breaching The Bill of Rights.

Covid tests between 3-4pm. Was first in the queue at 2:45. 3:10, someone finally appeared. It was 335pm before I finally got tested cause nobody could get the system to work. There were 4 or 5 people all busy trying apparently. Person taking the test wasn’t wearing a mask. The only person wearing PPE was basically doing data entry. More than 24 hours later and still haven’t received my results. Told the lady it was for my day 9 post-MIQ and she didn’t really react; as if she didn’t know what I was talking about. Kept walking off when I was asking questions. Nearly beeped my horn just to get her attention. Still couldn’t get the system to work so she wrote down my details and performed the test. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was never sent off and it’s lost. Was asked if I was a patient there, I’m not, and after my experience, I never will be. I’m stuck at home until I get my results. Now a weekend so I’m left to twiddle my thumbs all weekend before hopefully hearing something come Monday.
