Queenstown is beautiful, places, people, nature... snow mountains. ?
We did the Milford Sound experience, and we end up at Mount Cook!
We took a 2+1, very comfortable vehicle and easy to drive.
Definitely a experience to share and repeat!

β β β β β We decided for our first girls trip in a while we could explore in a maui motorhome. The motorhome was amazing, had everything we needed / wanted and more.
Made our trip away so easy & so fun.
Georgia who works in the Queenstown branch made our trip so easy as she explained everything we needed to know and answered all the questions we had.
Would recommend getting a camper on your next trip.

β β β β β Had a great road trip. When ordering a 6 birth motor home the lady we dealt with was lovely. We had to return on our second day due to the electric jug didn't go and the part on the turn table in the microwave was broken. Both were replaced. No apologies were given. On returning the campervan I advised we couldn't use the fridge as the door would open and all out food would fall out. I was advised we were meant to double click the door. I explained we were not told about that and the rather unsympathetic staff member said they have never had to explain to anyone before and YES I should of phoned the 0800 number for help. I have taken a photo of the fridge door which has holes drilled in it for a pin to save the door opening. No pin was supplied. Please first time campervan customers check everything before you drive off and hire company staff appreciate the people who keep you employed.
As I said we had a great time but your staff are meant to represent your business with pride. That they are not doing.

β β β β β Very organised staff.Detailed all aspects of the motorhome(Cascade 4 berth) to us.Vehicle only 1 year old-33000 kms.No problems with motorhome on trip of 13 day-ran well,great view from cab and very easy to drive.The return of motorhome was easy as we had taken the Express return Pack and didn't have to top up gas,LPG or empty toilet(also included road user charges for diesel.We felt the shower/toilet cubicle was very small.Didn't use the shower(used showers at Top10 Holiday Parks instead).Diesel heater as well as supplied fan heater worked well - -6 deg weather on a couple of days.Fridge kept everything well chilled,gas hob and microwave worked well.One suggestion would be a better step arrangement on side door.The motorhome is quite high off the ground and can be difficult to get into,especially if you have mobility problems,also a handle on each side of entrance would help-currently only 1 on rh side.Overall,we had a wonderful time,taking advantage of Maui's special offer to NZers.Would recommend the experience to all.Thanks Maui.

β β β β β Got our car in Auckland and return the car in Queenstown.
The location of Maui motorhome rental is near the airport. But they providing shuttle service from the office to airport. Else you can walk to there actually. Like around 15mins walking distance.
We got the express check out package. So the check out is fine for us. Just need to brush the car a little as they said it is too dirty on the floor. You need to return it in clean condition
Other than that it's all good

β β β β β We did a 5 day relocation for Maui. The staff in the branch were friendly and were quick to do the necessary paperwork and show us the features of the 6 berth motorhome . Everything in the camper worked fine and it was clean and tidy. Drop off in Christchurch also went well. As this was a relocation it is the policy that the vehicle should be dropped off by 12.00 am. We were advised that we could call the drop-off branch and ask for extension, but it would be nice if a later time could be arranged when making the booking.
