★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware. A relocation fee was charged when there was no relocation. Was sold more insurance when the booking agent had insured car for Insurance, Covers and Waivers
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), third party and theft. The Jucy manger was rude when questioned and told me it was a different cover. Yes had I bought before driving off but it was not necessary. So please beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appreciated the availability of the Jucy Camper but I think the one we had was at the end of its life expectancy. The interior was a little worn, it smelt old and greasy, probably from previous campers cooking inside, the bed squabs were smelly and tired and the 240 volt plugs kept blowing their fuses - we only used it to charge phones? The dining table was a waste of time as it wobbled soo much you couldn't put a cup of tea on it without it spilling or falling off. The van struggled on the hills and on occasions I thought I was going to have to find alternative routes to avoid any form of climb, in fact the camper was that underpowered it became dangerous. The person who served us at the pickup in Queenstown did not present very enthusiastic and appeared disengaged. However the Jucy people at Christchurch, where we dropped the van off were lovely. I apologise for complaining but otherwise we had a wonderful time around the South Island. Regards. Rick

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was hands down aweful, it was a mixed bag. We had some polite staff check in to see if we were being served, and they were polite for the less than 1 minute interaction. But anyone providing actual service was rude or unfriendly. The staff member showing me how to use the vehicle walked away mid conversation while I was installing the car seat and did not finish explaining how to use the vehicle or processes. When confronted about the rude service, her response was "ok".
The staff member that served us when we returned the van and dropped us off at the airport didn't speak to us at all. No response from Jucy after a written complaint.
Hired a child's carseat and the one given had no seat belt. The second one given had belts incorrectly installed. The staff refused to install the seat themselves, and were unable to provide a manual or instructions on how to install it or the model so we could search for instructions ourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great friendly service! One thing I think should be mentioned is that you need to give them a call to be picked up by the shuttle at the airport as its not there when booking. Otherwise pretty straightforward signed the papers and we were off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired the Cabana model camper for 8 days, it faulted on day 3 with an electrical issue and was not able to be used any longer, Jucy help desk were awesome and organised a replacement to be delivered to me within 3 hours on a public holiday. Great little campers for couples too. Would recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to book, fun van, good price, friendly service (nothing was too much trouble), free shuttle from the airport and most of all, accessibility! When I rang the phone was answered immediately - I was not put on hold for hours and hours and hours. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the JUCY condo was amazing, it provided everything we needed for an awesome trip on the road, and was surprisingly very warm. We ran into a small problem which was easily fixed by the customer service line which JUCY took care of when we dropped off the van. All in all an incredible experience, great value for money. 1000% Would do again
