β β β β β Wow probably one of the best fish and chips I have ever had! She put the fried fish in a separate bag so the batter would not get squashed and soggy. I was not expecting this level of service from a fish and chips shop, and she was right the batter stayed crispy, light and tasted amazing! Would definitely come here again. Highly recommended.

β β β β β Best fish & chips in Tauranga and (Iβm gonna make a big claim here) best hot dogs in NZ. Amazing value for money, especially considering the quality- massive pieces of fish, beautiful crispy batter. The staff is awesome too- really accommodating & friendly, and if youβre lucky you might get a free concert from the team while youβre waiting for your order!
I canβt ever move out of this neighbourhood now because the humble fish & chip has been ruined for me anywhere else!

β β β β β The new owners are honestly doing such an incredible job with this place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This newly redone takeaway shop is wonderful, hip and clean and colourful, with thoughtful quick service and truly delicious food. If I lived nearby I really would come here at least once a week for a delicious affordable treat. The chips were so unbelievably well drained and remained crispy and hot by the time we drove them home thanks to careful packing and well placed air holes in the papers to prevent them going soggy. The amazing hot dog was definitely next level with great sausage interior and had a perfect batter ratio. (Also love that it came with tomato sauce in the bag included.) We enjoyed the batters on everything - I loved the tasty crabstick, and the pineapple fritters were so great with double layer pineapple and a perfectly balanced cinnamon sugar coating. Amazing value!!!

I always walk out feeling like that there's still good in this world - the team here are always happy, very efficient and it warms my heart to hear a few lines of whatever song is on sung along to. You guys are such a vibe.
