β β β β β was given excellent clear information when asked about starting a small fish tank. we went on to have an issue with the light when the tank was new. emailed to discuss then lock down happened. He replaced it no questions and was very friendly , clearly knowledgeable and approachable when things dont go right . I will definitely be buying our fish supplies from here going forward either in store or online.
They were also very gentle with handling their fish they are well cared for and clear
