β β β β β I didnt get the team members name but he was a young, white guy with blonde hair.....awesome awesome customer service .....never cuts you off like the other ones and he kind of sounds like an automated voice box. The guy needs a reward always polite....

β β β β β I donβt recommend this Mc Donaldβs theyβre known for giving you orders with missing items just last night I ordered one of your combos from the Mc Donaldβs app it was a mozarella burger with a cheese burger and the mozarella burger never came with my order not only that last time I ordered from you guys you didnβt give me chips in my big mac order! Sorry but shocking service and never ordering from you guys again.

β β β β β absolutely disappointed with the service. waited over 40min in the drive through ordered a McChicken don't know what they gave me but was not chicken even though was in a McChicken as for the drinks 3/4 full and flat! food was cold and chips were stale. this has happened before but now will never be going back. rather drive a bit ferther and go to karaka maccdonalds would give negative stars if I could!!!

β β β β β lovely Kuia at the macdonald's making sure everyone is being looked after, greeting everyone and helping them input their orders and making sure they get them also and saying goodbye to everyone etc... made it very lovely and welcoming.

β β β β β Spent close to $80 to get 3 hash browns, 1 double quarter pounder combo, 2 NYC bagel combos and 1 chicken McMuffin. Instead we were given 6 bagels and 3 drinks. NOTHING ELSE. Checked the receipt and our orders correct, I donβt understand how an order can be completed so wrong?? This is the second time this has happened in the past month.. whatβs going on McDonalds Papakura? :/
