★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty disappointed... I'm a loyal customer to this Nando's branch but I have to give 1 star for the service.
Ordered something around 5pm online and clicked the asap option time to collect. The order went through and said it will be ready at 9.30pm!! 4 and 1/2 hours for just one burger...?? Well I'm not that stupid to wait that long, so I went to Nandos straight after ordering. When I went it wasn't busy, the staff member did not apologise for this issue and she said the order will take 15 minutes which actually took about 45 minutes. People who walked in after me were getting served food before me, even though I was waiting longer.
Now when I try to order online it says that the order cannot be fulfilled with this time slot, regardless of what time I choose.
What is the point of having an option to order food online when you can't even fufill the order?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lemon and Herbs my favorite. However, there was a bit of wait for the meals once ordered. A table that ordered after us was served first. The tables were a bit dirty. Taste of food is good but there's room for improvement in service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally always good food here. Just need to improve your takeaway bags for the peri peri chips and also I always have a 1/3 chance of getting fresh chips, other times they are generally old. Love the food just need to improve on this tiny thing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the most amazing experience at Nando’s Takanini. Our waitress Bailey, was incredible; she recommended me their Halloumi Burger, and it was absolutely beautiful. She had an amazing attitude and quite frankly made our night as pleasant as she possibly could’ve. This is the best dining experience I’ve ever had at a Nando’s and I couldn’t express my gratitude more. The food was great but the service is what made this dining experience extraordinary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever. Seemed like I was eating boiled chicken. No taste no flavour and wasn't even ready on time. Order was to be picked at 6.45pm. My son arrived their at 6.50pm, still not ready. I guess when they realized they just chucked it o the grill. There was absolutely no taste. Ordered extra hot my 6 year old couldn't tell the difference between extra hot and her lemon and herb. Lemon and herb was equally bad and not grilled to well cook. I don't show my frustration in front of my kids but honestly I felt like throwing it back at them and demand a refund with compensation for petrol.
Will never buy It from there ever again. And will strongly criticize and disparage as not worth, the Takanini branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at the restaurant and saw people sitting down enjoying their meals. Our group proceeded to sit down only to have a staff member come over and tell us that it was takeaways only. When we pointed out that others were sitting down eating his response was "well they ordered 45 minutes ago" considering this place was open for at least another 3 hours we were incredibly upset.
