★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worsts McDonald’s in Wellington by far. Went in this morning, they forgot our hash browns for starters and when I went to eat my sausage and egg McMuffin there was no fricken patty. If there was a negative 10 star rating I’d give them -12 ?♂️ Infuriating

Other than that the food is what you would expect from Maccas.
Their delivery service is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like all fast food joints. It is fast food at the end of the day. The only let down of this McDonald's, is the price of the food, vs the quantity you recieve in return. Because it is franchised, the owner charge as they see fit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. I understand lunch time rush hour especially on a sunday (today 22/05/2022) but that does not mean you can drop your customer service skills. We had a large order so it was expected to be delayed but 35minutes delay that was excessive. It got to the point where i had to ask the staff where our order was. So at first our number was called out, the woman (wearing a black mcdonalds tshirt) dumped our order on the counter and when i asked if it was all in the bag she shrugged her shoulders so i had to check and it was fine. We were then waiting on drinks and sundaes. Again we had to ask if certain drinks were ours and a different lady (wearing a red shirt) shrigged her shoulders. We then were served 4/8 sundaes, then the lady left and did not complete order and went out the back and never came back. I then called out to a woman of an unusual name wearing a grey shirt if she could please help us out. She rolled her eyes, slammes her keys down and got onto it. She asked what flavours then got them down. No apology about the delay or the mix up. We will 100% not be going to this mcdonalds again. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here for a quick breakfast. Table hadn’t been cleaned. Floor was dirty. Don’t even want to rate the toilets. Staff spending a lot of time laughing and talking. Why bother putting big red crosses on seating and tables indicating people should isolate if you aren’t going to attend to the cleanliness of the premises. Not the first time I’ve commented on the cleanliness of Johnsonville MacDonalds

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here during a quiet time of day and while the food came out quickly, it was quite shocking to see how dirty the kitchen was. The restaurant as a whole felt quite dirty. I left a detailed review using their app but I doubt that mcdonalds really care that their service standards have dropped significantly in recent years. Next time I'm hungry, I'll probably go to KFC across the road instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't been to mcdonalds for quite a few years. Didn't except a good quality burger and wasn't surprised there. What did surprise me was that it wasn't even cost effective. Next time if I want to spend $13 I'll get a decent burger from a better quality restaurant. I urge you to do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunch 26/1/22 The food was fine but the restaurant was really cold and chilly. As such, the eating experience was miserable. The women at the table opposite was there with her children and couldn't get out fast enough. It was great to get outside and feel comfortable again. It's always a bit chilly - I won't be back
