★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a handful of times and always had a good experience food and service wise. Unfortunately we came in for a quick lunch visit (Thursday 6th Jan 2022 12.50pm) although the service once again was great I think this visit gave me food poisoning as I have been back and forth to the bathroom since last night and most of today. I have not been able to keep anything down and your your establishment was my first meal of the day so I'm not sure what else it could be. Me and my wife wiped our hands with antibacterial wipes and then sanitised before starting on our meal - we did have leftovers which we asked for a takeaway container. My wife though said this morning when she took it out of the fridge to reheat she opened the lid and a off smell came from it. As she smelt the leftovers inside it definitely smelt off (which makes me think what you served was not fresh) and may have been sitting in your cooler and then bought out and reheated or fried. Fresh food regardless if leftovers should not smell off off if kept in fridge a few hours later. Although this was a one off for me I hope this has not happened to anyone else but.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pork belly bao from this place is a must. They call it an 'ugly burger' which I found confusing at first but it is a steamed bao bun. They also have a selection of dumplings which are freshly made to order or an 'ugly bowl' which is basically a bento bowl where you choose noodles or rice, a selection of salads and 2 meat/toppings. Everything I have tried has been super nice and reasonably priced and there are plenty of tables inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible atmosphere as the server kept yelling and loudly speaking in Korean and loudly sang randomly for no reason. Food quality was lower than average. Extremely oily, over-fried and lacked taste. If you're craving dumplings, go anywhere else.
