★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location and food but covid 19 entrance requirements are terrible. They only allow vaccinated people but don't check at the door and often don't check when you pick up food. Sure to the way they check for vaccinations there could be unvaccinated people in the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was average service ,too long a wait, we had a 3:00minute time limit set in our drivethru in East Texas 20 min is too long, especially in the hot sun .. but Thanks anyway Fish was old and hardly any filet sauce. Thanks but no thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Thursday 6/1/22 at about 330pm. Easy process ordering my 2 McFlurry ice creams , they do not look like the advertised picture and sure did lack ice cream. They are delicious but could be topped up to resemble the photo. I scanned in, was wearing a mask and when my order was ready I went to the counter to collect it and was asked to show my Vaccination pass. No problem with that but don’t ask for my pass when you have a staff member standing next to me with their mask down around their neck. I told her to put her mask on. What I think was the day manager gave her a stare that was like, I won’t tell you again. No words were spoken in front of me but hopefully after I left something was said. I sympathise with staff having to wear a mask all day but the rules are the rules and don’t ask customers to do the right thing if your staff are not prepared to wear a mask. You need to monitor staff compliance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't normally expect much at McDonald's, and yet im always disappointed. Waited 20 minutes for 5 ice creams with little to no other customers in the store. Very average service. Will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited 6 Am on the 17/04/2022. They are suppose to be open and running at 6am. Cones placed on the drive thru and doors locked.
Called and asked if they are opening. A girl answered 3 staff didn’t turn up to work. Lot of people come and turn away. People going to early morning work went to work without food.
I wish the management terminate those people who have no work ethics at all. Sad to watch business suffering as well relying on these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a Drive Thru 05.06.2022. Went on Sunday for a very long Q on Drive thru to get a bacon egg muffin. Since the Q is long, we just able to get to the order place at 10.59. And the girl declined our order since the already sold a lot of breakfast meal? I just said that we are on the Q and that was a long silence she just doesnt want to help customer. Not apologising or offer any solutions. Very bad manner and attitude. Manager not giving a good training. Not even making sense to declined the order when its not even the cut hours yet.
