★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried it, was okay. Not likely to return. They advertise as American style food and if you've never really had it before you wouldn't know much different. Or if you're like my family really miss it and wanted to satisfy that, it was a let down. We had 4 burgers, way too much sauce on all of them. Or the protein needs more flavour. The loaded fries had a weird seasoning that was not related to American flavours at all and we felt the food wasn't made with care. The loaded onion rings were really good and worth having. They ran out of wings, disappointing and the floor needed a good clean and sweep. Not the worse meal but not value for money, nor real American food either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately this place does not live up to the hype. The burgers looked great but lacked decent flavour, while the chips were so salty we couldnt eat them. This place really has potential but the food and service were just not it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Holy delicious, Batman! Will be back to try the whole menu. I had a smash burger which was great, but I was super impressed by their vegan offering which my wife ordered. Best vegan burger I've ever tried.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After eating here quite a few times I can confidently say that Palace is my favourite burger place here in New Zealand. The staff are super nice, the atmosphere is excellent, and the food is to die for.
Try the chicken and waffles if you like sweet and savoury, the cauliflower wings are great too.
Would highly reccomend.
