★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best currently Mc Donald's in Auckland right now. Staff are friendly and helpful, food is extremely consistent and good too. If you want Mc Donald's going south on the motorway, and Don't want to get out of your car at the service station up ahead this is a very good option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff checking passes. Girl who served us worked well helping me put orders through with my separate app orders. Food was cold though given it wasn't busy at the time of our visit. Couple of uber orders and drive thru orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and fast service. However our burger boxes were dirty and greasy as in the gloves used was dirty and it had never change or the surface of where it prepared hadn't been wiped down. I normally do takeaway n never a eat in. Today we did and I'm a bit disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rarely give 5 stars but this occasion was an exception for this particular McDonald's restaurant. Twice I visited the drive-thru and welcomed by friendly staff. Today's service experience was different. I watched a staff member notice something wasn't right with my drinks. She noticed the drink dispenser wasn't working and dispensing the syrup. This attention to detail makes all the difference for a customer. I wished I got her name but she's exactly what McDonald's needs right now to revive service quality back into its business rather than pushing sales. Bring back the service values like this team has done!
