In the 5 minutes I was inside, this person was rude to another staff member and to a customer after they had both kindly pointed out two separate mistakes the staff member had made. I will be making an official complaint. And the fact they don't respond to these reviews is also concerning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have a bad experience with the cashier or who ever attending taking the orders at drive through..she told me to park up but the problem is the car in front of me is too close so i have to park near the door where she hand in the orders. She told me off because she said legally she is not allowed to get out of the store which is only 7 steps to be exact from the door where she hand in the orders..and she have technically need to come out because there is no window to hand in the orders..instead of saying thank you for waiting thats what i heard from her..im a regular customer and every night after work i come there..??? better go to kaiapoi now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went though the drive through at Rangiora McDonalds, they messed up my order, when I went though a second time for it to be replaced I was told that it was my fault for there mistake and that the police would be called if I didn’t move along. Me being completely sober and happy for the police to come I complied and waited, in the mean time I had both my wing mirrors kicked in and my side panel's of my car dented and kicked in.i am Beyond words for Rangiora MacDonalds, my safety and integrity was put at risk because the staff were to lazy to correct there mistake. I will never return to this establishment again unless the acting manager is taken care off !!! Both my time, the customers behind me, and the time of the police were waisted because of the laziness and out right stubbornness of the employees. This is NOT GOOD ENOUGH AND THIS NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OFF. !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bit disappointing cleanly wise. Staff might be busy but I would assume tables etc should be kept clean. Just visited a second time and it is just as messy. Such a shame as it drags the place down. All it needs is the tables wiped and the floors cleaned and it would make a huge difference. Virtually no body here on my second visit so can't see why cleaning is a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No longer 24hrs, which is fair but there is nothing to indicate this when googling the restaurant, so I got caught out while returning from an airport run. Would've taken a detour had I know in advance.
3 stars because I didn't want harm the review rating as this isn't the restaurants fault

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best service I’ve had at a McDonalds to date. They steamed my buns at 10pm, no questions asked. Belmont branch take notes. The staff on 13th Jan at 10pm were great, give them all employee of the month. Topped the fries up heaps and lots of added Big Mac sauce in the cheese burger. Yum
