★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time we got pizza it was borderline (Very lightly cooked) and we thought we would try a second time. Well, we regretted that. The pizza was so undercooked it could be called raw. The dough was wet and chewy, the crust was white and barely firm. Inedible. Very disappointed (we live 20min drive away and so it’s a long way to go to return it). Hopefully we hear back from our feedback email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable, I found a LIVE SLUG in my burger. Worst takeaway experience I have ever had. The worst part is I didn't notice till I had basically finished the burger.
The pizza was awful as well. Threw the whole lot out.
First and last time I ever go there.
Disgusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to number their menu as lady behind counter has next to none english skills and gets things mixed up or doesnt know what you are talking about. Id imagine they would lose alot of customers who would be getting frustrated i myself have almost walked out once. Dont mind the wait as its good food but get your ordering sorted out please!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent, we’ll priced pizza and chips. The lady working behind the counter was lovely, she even gave me a free drink for waiting a little longer than usual.
Overall I’m very impressed and would definitely recommend Pizza Palace to everyone!
