Our order came out fast and Hot.
The chips were freshly made which was great .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store exterior and interior wise would appreciate some attention, there was an unhealthy amount of seagull droppings outside the building.
The signature double cheeseburger that I had ordered was pushed too hard down to a degree where was deformed, and noticeably staff seemed very stressed. Concerning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited at 11:30pm on a Wednesday night anticipating getting the daily deal. There were about 6 cars between us and the ordering window and despite this, we still didn’t reach the window until 12:05, so missed the daily deal. Not that it mattered, they didn’t even have beef patties so no Big Macs, no cheeseburgers, nothing. Disappointing as we were relying on this pit stop as fuel before another 2.5 hours’ driving.

Made us pay for frozen cokes waste gas waiting to be told they don’t have any!! Whoever is managing the Raumanga MacDonalds 15th May 11am you should be sacked you have a smart mouth and NO respect!! Won’t be coming back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor to non existent service, coke was flat and had an weird after taste. Hubby's big mac had so much sauce on it thd filling slipped out when he took a bit.
I tried to get help twice to no avail.
Will not go there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff training, general "hi there, hello, thank you" goes a long way. Not sure why people think not making eye contact is ok. Its rudeness and needs training for some. Food is consistently nice though which is great.
