★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our old washing machine died last night with a pile of laundry waiting to be done. To make things worse we are in the middle of a covid lockdown so couldn't get into a store. I did a bit if research and ended up buying a bosch washing machine at 1am. By 9am that same morning I had a call from them saying they got my order and by 11am a delivery truck dropped it off. Absolutely amazed by the level of service and timely response. Very happy customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to reset a password on a laptop I had purchased from them for $2600 3 hours earlier. Charged me $80 to literally type 'reset password' into the command terminal. Less than 1 minutes work, I waited in the line longer than it took to fix. Spend your money elsewhere and take your devices to literally anyone else for repairs, will happily give all my future business to pbtech.
