Today Thursday 2 June, just been to This restaurant again for my son, says open at 6am online it’s now 9.10am still closed, People inside sitting around doing nothing./

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped during our road trip. Only drivethrough was open. Went through ordered two mcChickens and muffin with drinks. After 20 mins parking got two bacon egg muffins and spicy mcmuffin. Asked to remedy then got wrong order again after another 10 mins wait. Told the girl and decided to eat whatever was given instead of waiting again. Not happy at all...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burgers and breakfast items were so so. Very hard buns and wayyyy too much sauce on the burger meant everything was sliding around.
Restaurant is closed and drive thru only as well, but you don’t know that until you get to the door due to the tiny little sign.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closed at 7pm easter Monday. Drive through coned off but all the lights were on (including drive through display signs). Sign on the entry door was stuck on backwards but said the drive through was open. We had some other kai so ended up sitting on the car park eating that, but then noticed at least three staff inside, one eating chips. I learned this was a poor decision as I had to field a series of questions from my five year old who was confused as to why they could have chips but he couldn't !
A series of confused customers did the same thing as us, trying the door - trying to read the backwards sign and then walking off.
We all understand staffing shortages etc, but this is poor customer service at the one restaurant we all hope will be open consistently (at dinner time at least). Maybe a better sign on the door as a start ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No come icecream. Had to buy sundaes. No car to use drive through so weren't going to be served at all. Ended up someone with a car went through the drive through for us. Icecream was great. But effort to get it when not a customer in sight was no fun. Stinking hot day. Out walking. Christina ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t comment too well on the food because I wasn’t allowed in. I was wearing a mask and had my vaccine pass at the ready. It said on the door (locked) that inside was closed and it was drive thru only. We had a car trailer on and wouldn’t fit through the drive thru. That was all well and good though.But there were families sitting in there eating. But ‘dining is closed’ which confused me. A bit disappointed.
