★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a coffee around 5am, 2 staff on, one went for break. 2 costumers ordered a coffee after me and got theirs first. Walked out after 15 minutes of waiting, poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big station with many pumps. Competitive gas prices. Selection of hot food and a seating area. QR code was in poor condition, only saw one and not that prominent. Toilets a bit dirty. Staff were friendly enough.

Very unpleasant young staff member on counter
No pies sandwiches or anything much In cabinets for people travelling
Water was an issue also no large pumps only small available
Certainly needs a revamp to staffing around customer service and stock levels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place to fill up your tank and having a break after a long trip. The main road nearby is pretty interesting visually and Taihape is the Gumboot Capital of New Zealand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can pump and refresh. I visited on 24/10/2021. The older lady who served me was not pleasant. She even did not bother to ask have I got a wild beam coffee card. When a local guy came there, she was so good catering him.
