I understand that it’s a fast food restaurant and usually gets busy everytime and its not even easy to work here so I can wait longer to get my order. But at least you guys serve good good. I went to buy big mac combo at around 10:30pm and I ordered a coke with no ice on it. Everything was alright until they gave me coke with fkng water. Neither they give tissues papers nor good service. It’s not the first time though, last time I thought that it’s was busy so they serve me in a rush so I didn’t wrote anything. but when you do again and again I am gonna write a review again.

ordered a deluxe quarter pounder, got (and paid) for a double quarter pounder.
issues never rectified, now the straws are paper, theyre legitimately unusable. but we still have to pay exorbitant prices for something thats unfit for use? no thanks wont be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst Macdonalds Chain Brands in NZ. Customer service is lacking. The food is warm not hot (I don’t know about You but we like Hot Fries not borderline cold) It makes no difference even when you ask for hot fries when ordering - You still get warm/cold Fries. This is the last time we will go here. Papamoa is so much better than this place.
