★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On it's way to four stars. What needs improving is cleaning tables floors and play area. It needs to be immaculate. You have to do that constantly or people will not eat in. Which is a shame. Many Macs are to dirty to eat in. Let Whangaparoa be the cleanest Mac on the North Island.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went tonight May 30 just before 9pm. The person taking drive thru orders was more concerned with his conversation with the other car ( they definitely knew each other from what we could over hear) to proceed with taking their order. While we were waiting another staff member took our order and told us to move up only to find the first staff member still deep in convo and had no idea why we were there. Had to wait for him to take their friends order to proceed with our order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't feel like a fast food service. Sometimes there are no cars and you wait forever for someone to take your order at the drive through. Other times you wait in the qeue just to find out that they don't have what you want to order, like coffee.

Sometimes you get everything you ordered, sometimes you don't.
Sometimes if you order a large frozen coke or sundae, they actually fill it all the way up, other times you're paying for a regular size in a large cup ?
Sometimes you get great service and sometimes you wonder why they even bothered showing up to work that day ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got told there was no Fanta, then they gave us what was Fanta with our order and to get home to find a splash of Fanta with water. Will never be having McDonald's again. This is the last time we are ever having McDonald's. We call to complain but no one answers

Special request no cheese bigmac had no cheese so no dinner for my lactose intolerant wife. Do no answer there phones. Terrible service
