β β β β β We ordered set menu. Corn soup was like jelly as full of starch.
Sweet and sour had tiny meat in huge ball of dough.
I will try other places next time.

β β β β β Apart of a family thats come here for takeaways for decades. The deep fried, burgers, fried rice and sweet and sour aspects of the menu are an absolute fav. Steve and Wendy do a spectacular job!

β β β β β Been here many times and has some of thee best Chinese on the coast! Meke flavour and good portions. If you're looking for mean Chinese, this is the place. They also do a mean fish and chips. I hate that "fishy" tasting fish you get from most take aways but this is not one of those places!! I highly recommend this take aways. Top stuff top horse!

β β β β β I'm gonna be honest here.. the food is subpar at best and the prices are too high. Nothing against the owners/cooks who I'm sure are lovely people but yeah the food is not great.

β β β β β Oh heck, where to start. Ok, the chips were over cooked and tasteless,no salt applied and I believe they were ready we'll before the rest of our really disappointing food. The fish were thick battered miserable offerings with no flavour or joy included at all. The other fried food is freezer to fryer stuff and is just garbage.
The wonton soup was tasteless and had two large pieces of broccoli in it that were not required. The combination fried noodles were a greasy and mean offering with a tragically comical tiny amount of meat and veggies. The fried wontons tasted like they were cooked in old oil.
The shop is dated and sad. We feel pity for the owners and their ripped off clients. To see shops like this pumping out loveless, greasy and miserable food for city prices is nothing short of dishonesty.
Whoever is posting 5 stars against this absolutely sub-par food offering are obviously friends and family of the elderly owners. Tell them it's time to retire and let someone who actually has a passion for feeding people good food into the area.
But ok, if you don't believe us, take your cash down there and either spend it at Top Horse or take it accross the road and flush it down the bog at the public toilets. Either option has the same effect.
