Loooong as wait and after the looong as wait the fries had been waiting in the bag for that whole time too I believe,
Coz by the time I just drove forward out of the drive thru, I reacted in to try the chips-and they were COLD AZ!!
I could not be bothered going back around as there was a big line at that point!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ waited half an hour in the line forgot half the order. had to go back through the drive thru a second time for another 20 minute wait and got given cold nuggets. slow service. some of the staff have zero enthusiasm and bad customer service. kid who forgot the nuggets didn’t apologise at all for us having to sit in line for a second time and acted like it was no big deal and then just went back to working

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service at Silverdale Burger King, specifically the erratic behavior of one of the Manager name Cecillie.
I'm a frequent client at Silverdale Burger King, and I been notice a really unpleasant customer service lately, they are closing the hall room even at lunch time or randomly during the day, or giving wrong orders often.
So today, may 23rd at 6pm they have already close the door of the site, so we ordered by drive thru, we said really nicely that we are vegetarian, to make sure that they don't make a mistake in our order, when this woman, Manager of this branch answer really rude, she yelled at us
" just quickly tell me what to you want"
We repeat few more time that we don't eat meet, to what she answer
" I already get it"
After that we realized that she charge twice for extra cheese in our burger and she was at the window pick up, and we ask her why she was so rude with us, to what she didn't apologize and she give us our order and close the window on our faces.
We left the place with a really bad feeling, when we start to eat we realized that my plant based burger it was actually meet. I throw up and I need to comeback 13 km just to have the same woman laughing at us, Yes laughing on our faces because they make this mistake, the others staff were so embarrassing by her behavior that send her back and try to handle it on the best way, even though she said
"what ever, I don't care"
I'm really disappointed about taking the decision of give someone like her the manager position and be the one representing the Burger King brand, with a such impolite way of treating you customers.
I hope you will take action about this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very busy and only one self order station was working. Waited forever for our food and when we got it it was Luke warm. I don't understand how you can have warm food when it's so busy. Never really had a good experience at Silverdale BK ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heavily pregnant, me and my husband went to BK to get dinner to satisfy my cravings. There were no desserts other than the Hershey’s cheesecake (which I ate and admittedly enjoyed) but what I really wanted was the churros or a sundae- but BK Silverdale were completely out and only dessert option was the cheesecake. I find this unusual for a large food chain to be out of almost all desert options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drive through service was appalling! The girl on the intercom was terribly rude! When we ordered a churros share pack we weren’t asked what flavour sauce we wanted and only given caramel and such a tiny amount for the biggest churros pack as can be seen in the photo. If you don’t feel happy dealing with customers then pack shelves or something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this Burger King outlet a few times and have enjoyed the service, facility cleanliness and quality of food here.
Other outlets have often made mistakes when I ask for customised food items, such as removing onions or a particular sauce option with nuggets, but haven't had such problems at the Silverdale Burger King.
Staff present professional, courteous and carries the BK name high. Recommended for a quick bite or a night off from cooking.
