β β β β β Horrible and non friendly staff. I am willing to save my time and energy , so not gonna give details . We were quite chocked by the way we were treated so we went to the Kiha beach campsite not far from a completely opposite experience : lovely campsite and owners , did not rush us , very creative and cute place even a little book place under a shed :)

β β β β β Lovely peaceful campground on the beach with beautiful sun rises. Custodian pleasant, facilities adequate with flush toilets, cold showers, dump station and rubbish bins. Will stay again.

β β β β β Hugely popular and crowded in mid-summer, but when tourists leave can't fault it for providing the basics at minimal cost.
Stunning sunsets over the Tasman Bay, beautifully warm evening swims in ocean, nature walks in area, and close drive to shops and village. Nice kiddies play area, picnic areas, and seats looking over beach too.
It is a bit sad there aren't any working hot showers but that would just increase costs anyway, but grab a cold shower, or use your own solar shower and prop it up in shower cubicle and you're set to go.

β β β β β You pay only 6$ for a nice camping ground at the beach. Cold shower, drinking water, children's playground and very friendly Manager. Fires are allowed at special fire areas
