★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really love meet fresh menu, always tastes great and so good. The price is reasonable and customer service is pretty good aswell, I would highly recommend the shaved ice mango, it is delicious. Thanks meet fresh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I went to Meadowlands to get a takeaway tonight and was very unhappy with the staff who served me. I ordered the ice taro ball and asked whether she can out the ice on the side. She said extra charge so I said "don't worry about it then" and ordered an extra topping. Before paying, I realized the price isn't right so I double checked my order. It turned out that she added "pudding" as another topping by mistake. So I said "I only order mini taro ball". By then her voice clearly emphasized that she is annoyed by me who never raise the voice toward her and only kindly ask her to serve. There were hardly no customers so "busy" isn't a valid excuse.
Before leaving, I said to her that I am not happy with the customer service and I am not going back again.
Dear Meet Fresh! We come to support you during the tough time and you throw straight into my face after a long day with this sort of service.
Never meet again. Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually come here for the desserts. No bad experiences so far, however, this evening decided to stop by and get something. Haven't been here since lockdown. Stopped by around 8:30pm to get 2 cold desserts and lemon drink, takeaway. We saw that the bag had a spoon when I took it into the car so thought everything was inside and drove home. When I arrived home there was no straw for the drink and was given only 1 spoon for 2 desserts. Also, my mum while eating her dessert she found a piece of hair among the grass jelly a short black piece of hair. Really should tie up the hair or work on your health and safety practices. Staff is always different or changing thus new staff lack training not sure. I don't want to be a Karen but my mum ate the dessert and it made me angry so yeah, I care about her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed these waffles! You wouldn't expect going to a bubble tea place getting waffles but they did it so well! very satisifed that I'd like to try again next time I am feeling like Boba and waffles. Quite popular when we went on a Tuesday night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has the same menu as the other branches. You order and get a buzzer. You then pick up your order when the buzzer goes off. Had the coconut sago and the purple rice. The rice was a bit firmer than I liked but had a nice flavour. The desserts taste as good as the other branches.
Quite a few seats in the place with one side having a long couch. The lighting looks nice too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good prices for desserts! Love their different types and varieties of shaved ice and drinks. Free wifi is also available making your stay there longer and possible order more items off the menu. Because this place only has desserts and drinks, you are not able to order any actual proper food apart from waffles.
