Slightly pricier than other bubble tea stores. But i suppose this is yoghurt and it does feel healthier than bubble tea?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is purely based on the poor customer service. Been here for the third time just now and the same girl (who has always served us) was her usual, unfriendly, rude (makes you feel like unwelcome and a bother) self. We don’t mind the drinks but definitely will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never heard of the shop before until they opened in Ormiston so was very curious to try your product. First time to go to this shop yesterday and the lady taking orders sounded like she was not happy to answer any questions or explain the product to the customer at all. Anyway I tried the purple rice, it was good that I even wanted to try the other flavors. So I went again today and asked about another product but got the same attitude from the lady. Walked away buying from another shop instead. Customer service needs to be improved.
