β β β β β It was so nice to eat delicious waffles and ice cream here. The service is so nice. It's so hard to go to Hong Kong because of COVID-19, but I'm so touched to be able to eat deliciously here. I'm thinking of visiting again.^^

β β β β β Service is friendly. Quality is great, quantity is not enough for the price they charged. And also have surcharge when paywave, but no one mentioned before pay. Should have put a sign on efp machine says there's surcharge when paywave.

β β β β β The waffle I tried before recently was very delicious, and the price is reasonable. If I've time surely I will taste it again next time as its hardly to find such Hong Kong like taste in here

β β β β β I noticed a few reviews were about the customers service, figured I would tell you my experience here last week.
I would not recommended this place.
We were served by a young woman with a bad attitude who reluctantly wasn't wearing a mask. When I asked her kindly why she wasn't wearing one (while she was managing food, hovering over the ice cream and scooping it), her excuse was she was eating her lunch. Alright fair enough, so then why didn't she wash up and place her mask back on before serving customers? Her breaktime doesn't justify her negligence especially not during these times. She put her mask on, started scooping again only to stop and start an unprovoked argument out of the blue. My guess is she was embarrassed for not abiding by the health and safety procedures in place at the mall and food area. At this point I politely said I won't be getting the ice cream and as we were walking away rather than apologize and leave it at that she proceeded to wave and yell at us.
I've never had to write a review until today. I'm doing this because I'm disappointed in the lack of awareness when it comes to health and safety, the poor behaviour and how uncomfortable she made my daughter feel who was very much looking forward to trying an ice cream from here.

It was overpriced. Just "ONLY ONE" scoop of ice-cream and that wasn't enough for the whole waffle even It came with a tiny useless spoon. The waffle wasn't that warm and very dried. Rubbish peanut on the top. Unhappy with it. :(

β β β β β Gelato and Ice cream shop on the second floor food court. They have a good selection to choose from. Kiddy size ice creams are $5 each. The kids chose triple chocolate ice cream and mango sorbet. Both were quite nice. Maybe if they offered me to try some flavours like they do at Movenpick, I might have ordered one too ?
