★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was unprofessional. I came here 28/02/2022 10am for my x-ray and the lady told me to go outside since there is 3 patient already lined up. That time there were only 4 chairs outside and it was all occupied. I seated in the chair just few distance from the 4 chairs. I’ve been waiting for nearly 45 mins seating. I can see people entering the room and was greeted by the same receptionist they were all white decent. I thought they are limiting people inside but the lady receptionist accepted them inside she was so over acting about the people entering the clinic. I went their and ask if I can enter now and from my surprised she told me I was gone. wth??? I saw her passed me by while seating on the waiting area and she was looking for a lady. So I thought she knew all the patient coming with the order of the time they arrived. She didn’t even apologize and accept her mistake. obviously it was a human error. She shouldn’t told me to wait outsied then forgot to come back with to say its my turn. She didn’t even get my forms so how did she know my details. Be aware of that receptionist. The young lady Radiologist was so lovely and nice ?.

The staff, unfortunately, is not very polite for a decent price to pay for an ultrasound scan. The doctor really seemed to be a highly qualified specialist, so I give three points.
