β β β β β Very well organized. The appointment started right on time. No waiting. Staff were very competent, helpful and friendly. Everything was excellent except the online booking experience which was slightly confusing and didn't send a confirmation email.

β β β β β Mercy Radiology is a well organised, compassionate and on time facility. I was having a wound scanned for foreign objects which was a bit scary. The radiologist who did the scan was gentle and thorough and found the offending object. She was on time and efficient. I am forever grateful.

β β β β β Just spoke to a very rude receptionist after calling to try book in a family member for an urgent growth scan. I know times are busy right now, especially in the medical field but I am appalled with the way she spoke to me - I just hung up :( :(
Its a shame as I've seen and heard such positive reviews.
Maybe a bit of sensitivity and empathy would be a good reminder to the people who are answering phones and booking appointments.

Sam did my Mammogram (3 D ) it wasn't painful at all ! Over very fast and she was gentle , kind and very professional!
