I had the same experience as the lady below. Very rude experience every time i visited this branch. I got questioned by the sonographer every single time i visited them why am i there what am i doing etc etc as if i was wasting their resource and doing it for free matter fact we are paying like freaking $80 for a single scan all with our own money! They shouldn't question their patient if they have issue they should talk to the midwife because we are not doing the scan for free we are there because midwife has concern with baby growth or other concerns. They should just being nice and do their job! Will visit another branch for my next scan.

I met a staff named Catherine I think at reception. A lovely lady I have ever met. She went beyond to help me out and get a scan booked for my little one. She could dance my concern and her efforts definitely made the whole process so much at ease that I cant thank her enough. To the management she deserves the best and more people like her should be hired. A medical condition can ease so much when we meet people like her. Thanks once again Catherine you are an amazing person... All the very best

I was actually trying to avoid this place based on the reviews, but we needed an x-ray for my 7 year old daughter's foot quickly as we had a specialist appointment the next day. When I arrived the woman at the counter asked for the x-ray form. I said I had it on my phone and they asked me to email it. I said I didn't have data on my phone and they said that they couldn't do the x-ray without the form. I asked if they had wifi, and she said she thinks so. A quick check of the wifi on my phone showed 2 networks for Mercy Radiology - a Guest one and a business one. Both needed a password. I asked for it and passwords she gave me didn't work. Another woman, who was the radiographer, came out and asked if we were ready. The woman at the counter explained that the form was still on my phone. In a rather huffed and dismissive tone the radiographer said 'Don't you have data?' She would have overheard me explaining to the woman at the counter that I didn't. She said that they can't do the scan without the form. They then suggested that I go into the Medical Centre next door to see if they had wifi, which I did, but they didn't have it. I suggested to the woman back at the counter that she could take a photo of the form from my phone and email it to herself. She agreed and I had to read the Mercy Radiology email address to her that was pasted on the counter. Ironically there is a sign saying "We are here to help" on the counter. They were quick to make my problem an issue, rather than trying to reach for a solution. Those words on the sign didn't align with my experience but after some unnecessary prodding, I did get help. Please, find out what your Guest wifi password is and improve the customer service soon so we don't have to travel outside the area we live in to get respectful and helpful medical attention for our family.

Booking was very easy and they found me a spot for the next day. Receptionists were friendly and the sonographer was very thorough and respectful.

I went to this place for last 9 months to do my pregnancy scans. I have very good experience with the reception and with the radiologists. Everyone I met are very kind and friendly. Happy about the overall experience.

I to had my doubts from the reviews but I have been here now on two separate occasions and I found the lady's on reception to be really friendly, they couldn't be more helpful? The radiologist who did my X-ray was the same and explained everything really well, going back next week for an ultrasound so I hope that experience will be the same.

Staff explained everything clearly to me, was friendly, and everything was done on time! I want to explain to those who complain about the number of 'necessary' documents: "This is not the fault of the company providing the services and individual employees! This is the system of health care work! Have patience and always be polite!" Thank you so much to the staff for their work!
