★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metier is such a wonderful concept, offering hair dresses and beauty professionals the opportunity to run their own business from a high end establishment. I love the colours, plants and decor used to stye the salon. Tanita the fonder was so helpful and I will certainly be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Métier space radiates warmth from the minute you walk in – from the beautiful decor to the natural lighting and creamy palette, to the way Tanita always greets you with a big smile… it’s such a lovely place to get your hair or makeup done. This is the beautiful salon you know, but with more heart and soul, and without any of the pretentiousness.

The whole concept of beauty freelanced spaces is one you won't find often in this country, but the owner has managed to take an idea & has created such a beautiful & well-thought out space that i would be happy to bring clients into where they feel warm, welcomed, with added touches of luxury to make the experience all the more enjoyable for them. Highly recommend, and the owner Tanita is a delight to work with x

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metier is so easy to work with and other the easiest tips heading into freelance hairdressing. Easy. I earned $850 in one day which I normally in a salon would get laid in a slow week. So you get so much more. The establishment is perfectly elagent and the snacks a great. Clients love it.

Tanita, founder of Métier is warm, welcoming and so encouraging of what we freelancers do. The salon itself is inviting, chic and spacious. My clients love visiting me here and really enjoy the extra level of service offered by Tanita’s presence. I highly recommend making the move to Métier to anyone who’s wanting to embrace the journey of working for themselves in a supportive environment. I cannot speak highly enough of the beautiful salon or Tanita.

It is a professional, stylish and spacious place to work from - with all the ammenities I could possibly need, PLUS plenty of extras. It is an easy and functional concept, I simply have to book a chair ahead of when I need to use it. Very competitive pricing, it's a no brainer for freelance makeup artists to be using this space! I can't see myself ever wanting or needing to take on the stress of having my own studio whilst Metier exists, it is perfect in every way and I look forward to each time I get to work in there. The owner is incredibly personable and friendly, from day one I felt like part of a team and family of professionals. I have recommended Metier Space to so many people already and I will continue to sing their praises. An incredibly innovative and well executed space that is a first for Auckland's Freelance hair and beauty scene.
