★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered and paid for a console in store 3 weeks ago. Received phone call yesterday to advise that our item had arrived and that we had 48hrs to pick up - which in itself seems like a strange policy to have given the price - otherwise the item would be given the next person on the list. Asked my brother in law to pick up the next day (less than 24hrs later) and he was told that they had miscounted the stock and that they didn’t have a console for us. Very disappointed to say the least. When you order and pay in full ahead of time the retailer shouldn’t have the right to impose such a restrictive time period for pick up and where was the courtesy phone call to advise us of the error?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and rude staff they said they couldn't trade in two games for a promo just because she was to lazy to do so and said it wasn't possible so i went to the glenfield one they had really nice staff and did it without any question, this place is utter garbage and a waste of time don't even bother going here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it so much!! My partner had to pick it up and it was his gift for Christmas, they went out of their way to wrap it so it remained a surprise because I couldn’t get down to pick it up in time. Thank you all so much!!

Not a biggy, still went through with the purchase and the employee mentioned there was a $10 discount on the model I got, fairly happy with the buying experience here despite the hiccup.
