★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped in my delonghi fully automatic coffee machine ,appeared the grinder was jammed. A week later I am very happy to have machine back ,I have been desperate for a good coffee. Friendly staff good turnaround, for a coffee drinker a day would have been better but. The price was reasonable .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service, fixed and cleaned my vacuum (+ new bag) for a very reasonable price. Might have been better on communication (I followed up myself after not hearing for three days after drop off) but overall I am very pleased with this service. I had my machine back within a week.

been waiting over 4 months for absolutely nothing, all they provided was a nearly dead coffee machine which eventually died.
Part 1: My coffee machine stops working. My milk frother and espresso maker stops working as well. We bring it in and a fix is done, one month later, same issue again. Repeat, and machine stops working within a month again.
Part 2: We bring in the machine again and we got given a temporary replacement, one month in, that dies as well.
Part 3: they gave up on everything and processed a refund which was great so that was better than expected. Still really bad communication but great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our coffee machine stopped working so I phoned Breville to ask who was authorised serviceman and they recommended Microvac. I contacted them arranged to drop off machine under level 3 in Auckland. Said machine would be looked at that afternoon if minor would repair immediately if major would contact to discuss. Next morning received phone call saying ready to be collected. Showed me what was replaced and cost was $114.00. I cannot recommend enough, extremely friendly professional service. Thank you. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so pleased I found these lovely people. Our Breville Oracle coffee machine needed fixing, and the entire process was seamless. The machine returned to us in fantastic working order at a great repair cost. I will defintely be using them again for any appliance repairs that I need doing. Highly recommend to all. Just thoroughly nice people doing a fantastic job.
